On iPhone: go to Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Kubuca and make sure all permissions are turned on. Then open the Kubuca app and go to Profile → Health Connect to re-sync. On Android: go to Settings → Health Connect → App permissions → Kubuca and allow all requested permissions.
AI food scanning provides estimates based on visual analysis — results may vary for mixed dishes or unusual portions. For best accuracy, ensure your food is well-lit and clearly visible. After scanning, you can tap the ingredient list to manually adjust any values. For packaged foods, try the barcode scanner for exact nutrition data from the product label.
Go to Profile → Personal Details to update your weight, height, activity level, or goal (e.g. switching from weight loss to muscle gain). Your calorie and macro targets will automatically recalculate. You can also manually override individual macro targets from the same screen.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not Kubuca. To cancel on iPhone: go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kubuca → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Kubuca → Cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Open the Kubuca app → go to Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, all meal logs, health data, and personal information from our servers. This action cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account.
Go to the Paywall or Subscription screen within the app and tap "Restore Purchases." This syncs your purchase from Apple or Google and unlocks your Premium features. If the issue persists, force-close and reopen the app, or contact us at support@kubuca.com with your purchase receipt.
